Le Goût in Aschaffenburg

As always very good.

Price and performance are not right.

The menu is very manageable, but really good. The changing dishes on the weekly menu are also highly recommended. I am always amazed how fresh and delicious everything is prepared. To be on the safe side, you should reserve a table because there is not enough space.

Unfortunately not what I expected! I was looking forward to a perfectly fried steak, because that's what Le Gout is supposed to be known for! Unfortunately, my high expectations were brought back down to earth quite hard. The 350g flank steak was tough as the sole of a shoe! The only downer, the sweet potato fries were really the best I've ever eaten. Everything on my plate was empty except for the steak, of which only a few pieces were missing. When clearing up I would have expected a question from a good waiter why I didn't eat the steak, unfortunately none! Just as little as he asked in between if everything was okay. Maybe I just had a bad day, but that was my first and, for the time being, my last visit to le Gout.

The waiting time, measured against the fact that there was almost nothing going on, was quite long at 40 minutes. The cleanliness inside left a lot to be desired. The food for it was delicious.

Food delicious. Prices ok. Beer garden on the street next to another beer garden on the street - if you like it.

The waitress didn't come to our table anytime later in the evening. We are then to the counter to pay. But the food was great! There was also live music .. You couldn't complain at all! A visit is definitely worth it 😉

We had reserved a table for my mother's birthday. They wanted to decorate the table especially for this. Unfortunately, this was forgotten ... really a shame. The waiter (seemed to be the only one in the restaurant) seemed to be under a bit of stress, but was still very friendly the whole time and tried to please all guests. I don't know if it's always like this, but you should bring plenty of time. Because we had to wait a long time. All in all, it took us an hour and a half to get our food (with starters in between). That all sounds quite negative, which may surprise you because of the good rating. But the first class food made us forget everything. At this point, a huge compliment to the chef! There really isn't much to choose from on the menu but this chef knows his job. The steaks and duck breast we had were fantastic! The side dishes were also very tasty. And our starters (goat cheese and carpacio) were really very good too! We went out of the restaurant very happy and full and can only recommend it!

I planned our Christmas dinner at le goût with 20 friends and almost everyone ate something different and without exception everyone was absolutely thrilled with the food. The great team and the fantastic service ensure the perfect location for eating out. Also very inviting and recommendable for delicious drinks in the evening.

Super friendly staff. The card is equipped clearly but very tasty. I had tagliatelle with prawns - delicious.

Food was very tasty, small & fine menu, fresh & regional. Service nice, but not very quickly. There is a 1 star deduction for the seats, as there are actually very few beautiful ones. Most are out of the way and cool.

Always delicious. If you want to eat a good steak or other goodies is right here. Staff always very friendly. We recommend! Of course, not very cheap, but you just get something very good for his money! Visit is worthwhile :)

While the service was good the flavours need to be tuned a bit. In the area it was a bit pricy as all the add-ons are extra. Another thing that you bring home from the restaurant are smelly clothes...
